Return Policy

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned once opened: disposable respirators (N95), disposable gloves, ear plugs, and first aid consumables. Defective items are always eligible for replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Email returns@complysafe.dev with your order number and the SKU you wish to return. We will send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs are refunded only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Exchanges

For size exchanges (boots, gloves, harnesses) we ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier — no need to wait for it to arrive back.
