1. Acceptance

By accessing complysafe.dev or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Product certifications (ANSI, NIOSH, ASTM, OSHA) are stated per product on its page.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order prior to shipment, including for stock or pricing errors.

4. Warranty and liability

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Safety equipment must be inspected before each use and used in accordance with its instructions and applicable regulations.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
